Odyssey were pleased to assist Gladman on achieving outline planning consent for a 210 dwelling development on land in Thurston, Suffolk. Odyssey prepared transport reports for submission along with the planning application, and undertook additional junction capacity analysis at nearby junctions following detailed liaison with the Highway Authority and after Councillor feedback. The scheme package includes a suite of village centre pedestrian and cycle improvements, such as crossings and raised tables, which Odyssey designed in discussion with local stakeholders. This infrastructure will enhance active travel opportunities through the village for existing and future residents. Well done to all involved.
