Odyssey has successfully supported Sanctuary Homes in gaining full planning consent for a residential development comprising 150 new homes and associated infrastructure. The site is located on Conrad Road in Witham, Essex.
Odyssey’s input comprised a wide breadth of services including a Flood Risk Assessment, Drainage Strategy, Preliminary Levels Design, Utilities and Services Appraisal, Transport Assessment, preparation of a Residential Travel Plan and site access appraisal. Early engagement with the Lead Local Flood Authority and Highways Authority ensured that the masterplan incorporated all the required design requirements resulting in a smooth progress through the planning process.
