Leybourne Chase is a multi-phase scheme of 733 homes in Kent, with a local centre and sports pitches. It includes the conversion of a Grade II listed manor house and significant on-site and off-site infrastructure.
Odyssey supported Taylor Wimpey from 2008 with water, transport and infrastructure advice at planning, reserved matters, detailed design and construction stages, often working on several phases at once.
The development is now complete and occupied.
Odyssey has been working on both planning and detailed design at Taylor Wimpey’s Leybourne Chase development since 2008. The project has required ample input and time from the team at Odyssey, who have been more than capable of working on a number of phases at once, all at different stages in the design life-cycle. Odyssey has been able to rationalise their proposals throughout the scheme to ensure efficiencies are met and cost saving is at the forefront of their mind.
