The former Basingstoke Golf Club has outline planning permission for up to 1,000 homes, with a local centre, sports pitches and open space.
Odyssey helped Bloor Homes to secure that permission, providing transport planning, flood risk, drainage and infrastructure support for the application. The site was allocated in the Local Plan, but the scale of the development meant there were a number of obstacles to overcome.
We are now providing transport, highways, flooding and drainage design services as the site is built out. The work includes Section 278 highway works, reserved matters support and detailed design.
