Odyssey has been assisting EPR Architects (https://www.linkedin.com/company/epr-architects/) with the discharge of planning conditions attached to their move to new offices in Austral Street in Southwark. Odyssey’s input has included preparation of a Delivery and Servicing Plan and a BREEAM accredited Travel Plan for the site. Odyssey are also preparing the S.278 application for a scheme which will deliver improvements to the local footway and a vehicular accesses at the site.
