Odyssey have obtained Technical Approval for S.38/ S.278 highway improvement works associated with the Montrose Crescent scheme in Wembley, on behalf of Sunbel Development Ltd. In addition to the detailed design elements, Odyssey also prepared drawings and reports necessary to discharge a number of conditions of the S.1 06 including the preparation of a Car Park Management Plan, Delivery and Servicing Plan and a Travel Plan.
