Odyssey are pleased to have supported Luken Beck and Southsea Village Ltd in securing Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for 212 new homes in central Southsea at the former St Johns College.
Close collaboration with the project team ensured that SuDS were incorporated and retrofitted within a sensitive environment to enable a more sustainable and flood resilient development.
