Odyssey worked with the Bellway South Thames team to gain Reserved Matters consent from South Oxfordshire District Council for residential development at the disused Kingsmead Business Park site, in Thame. One of the engineering challenges of this site was the topography – unusually flat! Odyssey worked with the design team and local drainage officers to design a site profile which would ensure a deliverable drainage strategy and overland flow routes were provided. Good to see unused brownfield sites being repurposed!
