Former Valmar Trading Estate, Southwark – Odyssey provided highways and transport advice to support a mixed-use scheme for 5,500sqm of clinical floorspace and 43 residential units. The clinical element is intended for Kings College Hospital NHS Trust as an expansion of the existing Denmark Hill hospital campus.
A significant amount of Odyssey’s work on this scheme included access considerations for sustainable transport as well as vehicular access to the NHS clinic, and discussion/ agreement with LB Southwark Highways Officers regarding how the development would operate including trip generation and impact.
