The Planning Inspectorate recently overturned a refused application in Ambrosden, Oxfordshire, and Odyssey were involved in preparation of a Highways Statement of Common Ground and liaison with Highway Officers.
Although there were no formal highways objections, multiple third party comments required input and analysis in order to justify the proposals – which the Planning Inspector concluded were reasonable and appropriate to the scheme.
The development of 84 new dwellings, with access road and emergency access designed by Odyssey, is now being prepared for the next steps to take it on to construction.
